A nightclub and cinema complex in Brighton has closed after its owner said it found "issues" with the building.
Kingswest, which houses the Pryzm nightclub, Odeon cinema and a number of food and drink outlets, shut its doors on Saturday.
A spokesperson for Brighton Shore Limited, which owns the building, said: "We are aware of serious issues with this prominent building."
Brighton & Hove City Council have been approached for comment.
A spokesperson for Pryzm said its nightclub would remain closed until "further notice" and that tickets for upcoming events would be automatically refunded.
They added: "The safety of our guests and staff is our absolute priority, and while this sudden closure is deeply disappointing, we fully support taking all necessary precautions."
Pryzm said it is working with Bright Shore Limited and the council to assess the status of the building before repair work can begin.
Odeon Cinemas said: "Our Brighton cinema is currently closed for repairs.
"We will be working with the landlord, other tenants and the council throughout the process."
