Luxury rentals continue to attract tenants, as Highgate at Livingston launches leasing this week, while The Devan surpassed the 50%-leased mark in Jersey City.

Located at 100 Eisenhower Parkway, Highgate offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units complemented by a suite of resort-style amenities. A joint venture of Continental Properties and Garden Communities developed the four-story, 169-unit project.

From developers Fields Grade and Ursa Development Group, The Devan is located at 3 New York Ave., situated on the border of Jersey City and Hoboken. The eight-story building offers a mix of 336 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units along with high-end amenities.
