Ohio State is 6-0 this season but just 3-3 against the spread, including 2-2 ATS at home. Nebraska, meanwhile, is 5-2 overall and 4-2-1 ATS, including 1-1 ATS on the road. The Cornhuskers were 6.5-point underdogs at Indiana and lost 56-7 to the Hoosiers in Bloomington this weekend.
The total for next weekend's game opened at 46.5 points and has increased to 48.5 points. The over has hit in four of six games for OSU while Nebraska has hit the over in just two of seven games this season.
The Buckeyes are 9-1 all-time against Nebraska, including a seven-game win streak in the series since 2011. In the last eight meetings against the Cornhuskers, Ohio State covered the spread in all but two games, including the most recent game in 2021. The point total has hit the over in four of eight matchups but the under has hit in all of the last four games dating back to the 2018 season. In a series dominated by OSU, the Buckeyes' only outright loss to the Cornhuskers during that stretch was the first time the schools played after Nebraska joined the Big Ten.
