Birmingham's Capstone Building Corp. has completed a $56.8 million luxury apartment complex in Huntsville.
Arcadia covers 432,070 square feet with 250 residential apartments, featuring studio, one- and two-bedroom unit options.
Residents have access to a community clubhouse room, heated saltwater pool, open-air grilling station, fitness center, outdoor lounge with gas fire pits, street-level retail spaces and a two-level parking deck.
The project was developed by Bobo Family Group and Boaz Ventures. Work began in 2022.
Located at 4810 Bradford Drive N.W., Arcadia sits within Cummings Research Park.
Williams Blackstock Architects designed the project, while Retail Specialists was also a development partner. The interior design was completed by Design Environments, Inc. Murals within the space were created by Alabama muralist, Emma Gilbert Art.
"Capstone Building Corp. is proud to have partnered with Bobo Family Group and Boaz Ventures to bring Arcadia to life," Brandon Loyd, Capstone Building's vice president of project management said.
"This development represents a significant addition to the Huntsville community, offering luxury living and modern amenities that meet the needs of both professionals and families. It's exciting to see how Arcadia will contribute to the continued growth and innovation of the area."
