Suarez has finished in the top two in each of his last three races at Atlanta Motor Speedway, including winning last year's Ambetter Health 400. The 33-year-old has finished sixth or better in each of his last six NASCAR at Atlanta events, the only time he didn't was a 29th place finish via DVP (Damaged Vehicle Policy) after a promising start by finishing ninth in the first stage.
Suarez has only one top-10 finish in the final NASCAR Cup Series standings over his nine years on the circuit, so many NASCAR Fantasy players will look past him due to his lack of year-long success. But he has the second-best average finish at Atlanta Motor Speedway (7.3) since 2022, and that success and familiarity with the track has him as a valuable addition to NASCAR Fantasy picks for McClure. Another curveball: Denny Hamlin, one of the top betting favorites this week who has the second-most NASCAR Cup Series victories of anyone in the NASCAR DFS driver pool, barely cracks the top 10 of McClure's Fantasy NASCAR rankings. Hamlin has finished outside the top 20 in four of his last six races at Atlanta Motor Speedway, with only one top-10 result over that span. His average finish of 20.2 is 30th in NASCAR at Atlanta events over the last three years.
Hamlin is tied for 12th all-time in NASCAR Cup Series victories (54), but he's winless over his last 29 races. His superstar status and career success could make him a popular option for NASCAR Fantasy lineups, but his lack of recent victories overall or top finishes in Atlanta has McClure fading him at the 2025 Ambetter Healh 400.
