PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - In a voter's pamphlet released for the upcoming election, a cheeky writer snuck in the iconic words of Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up."

Measure 119 is on the ballot for Novembers election; unionizing cannabis workers for Oregon. In an argument for Measure 119 in the pamphlet, the author, Michael Selvaggio, added a note at the bottom.

The first words of each sentence were reminiscent of the long-standing internet meme known as "Rick Rolling" - unexpectedly playing the first few words of the song.
