Travis Kelce Won't Propose To Taylor Swift Without 'Ironclad Prenup'
Shania Twain is turning heads everywhere with her amazingly youthful look at 59, and a source exclusively tells Life & Style that her husband, Frederic Thiebaud, is struggling to match her insatiable energy levels as well as having a difficult time keeping up with her in the bedroom!
"Shania's getting amazing reviews everywhere, she looks fantastic, and her energy levels are through the roof, which is such a massive relief after struggling with her health for nearly twenty years," the insider tells Life & Style. "After she got Lyme disease [in 2003] everything changed, it put a huge damper on her every aspect of her life. She couldn't even sing for 15 years and was constantly exhausted."
The "You're Still the One" singer managed to overcome her illness and "she battled back and has regained her voice and her health and feels like she has a new lease on life."
"Her husband is, of course, thrilled to see her going full steam ahead again," the source adds, sharing that it's been a "big adjustment for him because it's not just her energy for work and life that's skyrocketed, she's also very sexually charged again."
The insider reveals that Shania's "libido is sky high," and Frederic, 54, has "been complaining to people that she's wearing him out!"
"He adores her and thinks she's the most beautiful woman in the world, but he's well into middle age and doesn't have the stamina of a twenty-something, so it's got him pretty worried about keeping her satisfied!" the source concludes.
Shania married Frederic in 2011, and the pair has never been shy when it comes to expressing their love for each other. While he has shared several tributes to her on social media, the Nestlé business executive previously gushed about her Glastonbury Festival performance in June.
"EXTREMELY PROUD of this amazing woman @shaniatwain for her amazing Glastonbury performance," he wrote alongside several photos of her performing at the festival. "You are the absolute BEST!!!!! So much work went into this and so much talent!!! Congrats to the whole team around her - you are all exceptional people!!!!"
Another topic Shania has been candid about is her struggle with Lyme disease. She got the disease when she was bitten by a tick while going horseback riding. However, doctors weren't initially able to figure out what was making her sick.
"Before I was diagnosed, I was on stage very dizzy," she shared in her 2022 documentary, Shania Twain: Not Just a Girl. "I was afraid I was gonna fall off ... I was having these very, very, very millisecond blackouts, but regularly, every minute or every 30 seconds."
She also added that the disease had a negative effect on her vocal cords. "My voice was never the same again," Shania explained. "I thought I'd lost my voice forever. I thought that was it, [and] I would never, ever sing again."
Not only was she dealing with her health issues at the time, but Shania was also navigating her divorce from ex-husband Robert "Mutt" Lange. "When I lost Mutt, I guess I thought ... I was thinking that the grief of that was... It was similarly intense to losing my parents. And you know, it was like a death," she recalled about their split. "It was like the death was the end, a permanent end to so many facets of my life. And I never got over my parents' death. So I'm thinking, 'S-t, I'm never going to get over this.'"
