BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating an early morning shooting that left one person injured.

Police confirmed it happened in the 800 block of Stoney Creek Avenue near Staring Lane just before 4 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 14.

There is no word on a possible suspect or motive at this time.
