Only one player on the Green Bay Packers' 53-man roster will not play against the Houston Texans due to injury. Despite going into the weekend with a "questionable" status, receiver Dontayvion Wicks and defensive tackle Colby Wooden will suit up for the Packers today.
The only player missing the game due to injury is defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt, who has missed the last several weeks with an ankle injury. The remaining five inactives -- safety Kitan Oladapo, defensive end Brenton Cox Jr., offensive lineman Jacob Monk, tackle Travis Glover and tight end John FitzPatrick -- are all healthy scratches.
The Packers called up fullback/tight end Andrew Beck from the practice squad for the third consecutive week, which should help make up for Green Bay only having two other tight ends active today in Tucker Kraft and Ben Sims.
While the Packers are relatively healthy, the Texans are banged up. They only have one healthy scratch, offensive lineman Nick Broeker, in Week 7. They'll be out two starting linebackers in Azeez Al-Shaair and Henry To'oto'o, two starting defensive backs in Kamari Lassiter and Jimmy Ward and two receivers in Robert Woods and Steven Sims.
Beyond that, star Texans receiver Nico Collins is on the injured reserve with a hamstring injury and defensive tackle Mario Edwards Jr. was just suspended by the NFL this week for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
