After you arrive at Port Brilehaven, you can encounter several people who need help. One of them is a suspicious man in front of Nightprowler. The Overfamiliar Man will tell you to take back his deed from a noble in the city. While finding the person holding the deed is easy, getting the man to give it to you is hard. The other will not accept money since he's already rich, but you can try to entertain him with interesting stories. To complete the Deeds and Diversions quest in Metaphor: ReFantazio, you have to explore the Forsaken Tower and beat Superior Scrimshaw.
You can complete the Deeds and Diversions quest by speaking to the Pompous Noble at the Coliseum in Metaphor: ReFantazio. You can tell him about the Giant Sandworm that you encounter in Martira, but that story won't interest him. To regain the deed from the man, you have to go to a Recruitment Center and accept the Superior Scrimshaw bounty.
The soldier will give you the location of the Forsaken Tower, but you may still want to visit an informant in Brilehaven. The Fiend of the Forsaken Tower Information will tell you the basic information that you need to know before you enter this dungeon. Once you are ready, you can head to this location. However, on the way, you will encounter two battles against other contestants.
Before you can complete the Deeds and Diversions quest, you must fight against Lina first, who is weak against Ice magic. I suggest bringing a Mage into this battle, but you can also throw Ice Chunks at her. The second contestant you have to fight is Catherina. She is weak against Fire magic, but you can also throw Flammabottles.
Unlike other dungeons with a complicated layout, the Forsaken Tower is easy to traverse. Your goal is to just find the next stairs that will take you to the upper floor. To complete the Deeds and Diversions quest, you need to reach the ninth floor and fight the Superior Scrimshaw bounty.
The most common enemies in this dungeon are Goborns. They are wary of magic users, so don't bring Healers or Mages. You still want to bring Light, Dark, and Lightning magic, though, but you can inherit these skills while using another Archetype.
Beating Orgas is not that difficult in the Deeds and Diversions quest. This boss is also weak against Dark but resists all physical attacks. The best class to bring is Assassin since this class can use Dark magic. You can also throw Sinister Straw Effigies to deal extra Dark damage.
The boss can use Warcry to debuff your party. It can also use a Strike attack that can inflict Forgetfulness. Another annoying move is the shriek that may inflict Dizziness on your whole team. Orgas can also use Heat Riser that buffs its stats; you can remove this buff by using Faker ability.
After beating the boss, I suggest you continue exploring for a bit since you can head up to the tenth floor. You can find an item at the top of the Forsaken Tower, but don't worry; you won't encounter any enemies here yet. There will be an optional Dragon challenge that you can attempt before the final boss.
Once you are done, you can return to Brilehaven and report your adventure to the Pompous Noble. The man will become impressed and give you the deed. Return the document to the Paripus man, and you will complete the Deeds and Diversions quest in Metaphor: ReFantazio.
