TUPELO - Down by 10 points to Madison Central with just under four minutes to go, it looked bleak for Tupelo, but the Golden Wave found a way to pull off a comeback win.

Tupelo stunned Madison Central with a 56-55 victory Tuesday night to start region play after scoring 11 unanswered points. Jeremiah McGlaun knocked down a pair of free throws to hand Tupelo the lead with 20 seconds to go, and Tupelo hung on for the win.
