Aaron Rodgers Criticizes The Bachelorette Producers for Fueling His Family Feud With Olivia Munn

Sutton Foster and Hugh Jackman have laid low since their rumored relationship came to light in late October, but there are signs that it might be a while before they make their public debut. The Younger star's estranged husband, Ted Griffin, may be gearing up for a tough legal battle in their divorce.

Foster filed for divorce on Oct. 30, and Griffin has since responded to the petition with his own counterclaims on Nov. 19, according to documents obtained by InTouch Weekly. The 49-year-old Broadway star then responded on Dec. 5, so there's quite a bit of back and forth happening between their legal teams. There is no word if there is a prenuptial agreement involved in their case, but they share a daughter Emily, 7, so a child custody settlement will have to be decided.

Jackman and Foster have kept silent about their alleged affair that reportedly began when they were co-starring in the Broadway revival of The Music Man from December 2021 to January 2023. Us Weekly confirmed the romance in November with one of Foster's pal -- and it seems like everyone knew about the relationship except for Jackman's wife of 27 years, Deborra-Lee Furness.

"Sutton and Hugh's relationship is the reason Hugh and Deb got divorced," the insider revealed. "A lot of people on Broadway knew, and we kept it quiet because both of them are so nice and great people. Everyone respected their privacy. But there was an affair and overlap." The closing of the show didn't slow down the romance either. The source confirmed, "They are really happy now."

The one thing Jackman and Foster didn't expect was the "backlash" to their romance -- it seems that not all of their fans are pleased by their reported fling, per Closer Weekly. "They are a bit shocked by the backlash they received. They expected some of it, but not this much," an insider said. "But they're figuring it out and are hopeful something can be worked out."

It's probably going to take some time for Foster and Jackman to navigate the transitions of their personal lives before they wade into the public waters together. For now, it appears their relationship is strictly behind closed doors.
