CAVE CITY, Ky. - We've met her before but she's making waves again, designing clothes for her first celebrity.
Michelle Harper who owns Tattle Tails spends much of her time sewing tutus, hats and more for dogs. Their typically small but Bobby Costner, Kevin Costner's pooch, was her first large breed. This was also the first large breed for Dogue Magazine, an online publication for dogs in high fashion.
News 40 spoke to Oli Port, the editor-in-chief for Dogue, who said she started the magazine in 2019 and said she wanted to provide a platform for people to express their love for the pets.
This year the magazine landed their first celebrity after seeing Kevin Costner share a picture of his dog Bobby in the dishwasher on Jimmy Fallon. Port said they reached out to Costner's team and the rest was history.
Cave city's own Michelle Harper will have her couture featured in the holiday edition of Dogue that releases on Christmas Day, to which you can subscribe to on http://thedoguemagazine.com or to check out Harper's business, you can head to https://www.tattletailsx3.com/
