A driver who struck a parked vehicle Saturday in Cecil County died at the scene, authorities said.The Cecil County Sheriff's Office said deputies were called around 4:19 a.m. Saturday to the area of Lock and Bank streets in Chesapeake City.The sheriff's office said a vehicle traveling south on Lock Street struck an unoccupied, parked vehicle and then a guardrail.The driver, Nicole Ann Sunderland, 46, of Joppatowne, died at the scene, the sheriff's office said.Anyone with information is asked to call Cpl.
