It's been just six days since the Seattle Seahawks and Detroit Lions faced off on Monday Night Football, but it's been almost a year since outside linebacker Uchenna Nwosu last suited up for the Hawks.
It was October 22, 2023, in the Seahawks 20-10 win over the division rival Arizona Cardinals that Nwosu last saw the field for Seattle, but that is set to change Sunday afternoon when the New York Giants visit Lumen Field. Nwosu did not carry an injury designation on the Friday injury report for the first time this season, and will play, as will Leonard Williams and Jerome Baker, neither of whom played in the Week 4 loss to the Lions.
The return of these defenders also means a return of the healthy scratch for many of the younger offensive linemen on the roster.
