He was last seen at a northwestern Minnesota youth educational facility on September 16, authorities say.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) sent out the bulletin, which describes the teen boy as endangered, across the state around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon.

The BCA says 16-year-old Jonathan Fleury left a care facility in Moorhead without authorization. He is described as 5' 8", 150 lbs with brown hair and eyes.

Fleury was last seen wearing a blue shirt and black pants, the alert says. A method of travel and potential destination for the teenager is not disclosed in the statewide missing person alert.
