Hamilton Township police searching for 3 males near Drosera and Leipzig avenues

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP -- Police were searching for three Hispanic males dressed in dark clothing, wearing masks and possibly armed near Drosera and Leipzig avenues Monday afternoon, according to a post on the department's Facebook page.

Police also were looking for a black minivan with a temporary registration that was related to the investigation.

The suspects ran into the woods in the direction of the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center, police said.

No additional details were available.

Residents were urged to lock their doors and remain inside until further notice.

If you see anyone matching the above description, call 911, police said. Do not approach the suspects.
