The actress, who has long voiced the role of Candace on the show, shares her two daughters with husband Christopher French
While Ashley Tisdale's Phineas and Ferb character may be known for her high-pitched screams, the actress says she had to dial it back this time around because of an extra-special plus-one.
On Thursday, Oct. 17, the actress, 39, spoke at the Busted! Behind the Scenes of Phineas and Ferb panel at New York Comic Con, sharing that when the cast recorded the new season, she was pregnant with her daughter Emerson, whom she welcomed in September.
"I remember when they were like, 'We're starting back up.' I was like, 'Oh my gosh, this is so exciting!' However, this last season, I was pregnant the entire time," Tisdale recalls.

"So a lot of the screams, every single time it got to a scream, I would be like, 'You have enough from me,' " she says, laughing. "'You have 17 years of screams, you can find one.' I was like, I'm not screaming this time. I'm going to scare the baby."
"Emerson you are everything 🦋 can't believe it's already been a month," Tisdale wrote in the caption. "Trying to hold on to every moment."
To start her post, the mom of two shared a selfie of herself lying with her eyes closed as she cuddled her sleeping baby girl. Another adorable snap featured her and French's older daughter, Jupiter, who could be seen kissing her little sister on her forehead.

In September, Tisdale shared a cute Instagram carousel filled with pictures from her day spent at the beach with her baby daughter Emerson, Jupiter and French.
