Beyoncé gushed over her oldest child after the premiere Mufasa: The Lion King.
The "Single Ladies" singer is once again voicing the lion, Nala, in the follow-up movie to the 2019 live action remake of The Lion King.
"My gorgeous baby girl. This is your night. You worked hard and you did such a beautiful job as the voice of Kiara. Your family could not be prouder. Keep shining," Beyoncé captioned the post which has been liked 1.6 million times.
Also attending the premiere was Beyoncé's husband and rapper, Jay-Z, and her mom, Tina Knowles.
The group put on a united front on the red carpet at the premiere amid allegations of rape against Jay-Z- whose given name is Shawn Carter.
A federal lawsuit was filed in October against his fellow rapper, Sean "Diddy" Combs, who is currently in custody awaiting trial on a number of criminal charges, including trafficking.
Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee filed the lawsuit in the Southern District of New York and amended it to include Carter as a defendant.
The men are accused of raping a 13-year-old girl at a party after the MTV Video Music Awards in 2000. Carter filed a countersuit against Buzbee and released a statement on Sunday denying the suit's allegations.
"These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case," Carter stated and also accused Buzbee of "blackmail."
"My heart and support goes out to true victims in the world, who have to watch how their life story is dressed in costume for profitability by this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit," Carter wrote.
Buzbee responded to Carter's statement in a message to Newsweek.
"Mr. Carter previously denied being the one who sued me and my firm. He even filed his frivolous case under a pseudonym. What he fails to say in his recent statement is my firm sent his lawyer a demand letter on behalf of an alleged victim and that victim never demanded a penny from him. Instead, she only sought a confidential mediation," the lawyer said.
"Since I sent the letter on her behalf, Mr. Carter has not only sued me, but he has tried to bully and harass me and this plaintiff. His conduct has had the opposite impact. She is emboldened. I'm very proud of her resolve. As far as the allegations in the complaint filed today, we will let the filing speak for itself and will litigate the facts in court, not in the media," Buzbee added.
