Media need to seek professional's views

During the covid pandemic, the news outlets regularly featured immunologists explaining what was happening. Now as Donald Trump's cognitive troubles are so clearly and alarmingly accelerating, we urgently need to hear from neurologists and geriatric specialists. Psychiatrists agree that the duty to warn takes precedence over the old Goldwater rule.

A potential president's intellect and emotional health are every bit as important as the physical health status. At 78, Trump's striking mental decline is not going to reverse itself but only continue to worsen. The fourth estate needs to step up and let us hear from professionals again.

Does political signage help or hurt the nation?

Does anybody remember the idea of a secret ballot? Why have we been so willing to abandon this right? A voting method in which the voter's identity remains anonymous to allow political privacy, the goal of a secret ballot is to protect voters from outside attempts of scare tactics, bribery, blackmail and other means of unfair voter influencing.
