This election may well have an outcome that no one likes much. Let's remember this wouldn't be the first time in our history.

Once again, we meet a test of our national strength and resolve. Like Lincoln in his Gettysburg dedication, one should hope "... that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth."
