BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) -- Two families, including the Craig family who lost 11 relatives to Helene, received some help and hope from their community.
It was all part of a fundraiser held during the A.C. Reynolds vs. T.C. Roberson soccer game in Buncombe County last night.
The Busbee Bucket has become a yearly tradition during this rivalry game. Fans give back to a worthy cause and donate what they can to help. This year's cause hits especially close to home, as one of the Craig's coaches the Reynolds football team.

"I was shocked. Just completely speechless," said Logan Ernst, a soccer player on the Reynolds team, describing what it was like when he found out about the Craig family.
The area where the Craig family lives is known as Craigtown, named after the family. It is located just off of Old Fort Road and along Flat Creek Road in Fairview.
Eleven members of the family tragically died from the impacts during the storm, including fast-moving water and heavy flooding.
Now, money is also being raised for the Black family, who lost their home during the storm. Chad Black, a student at A.C. Reynolds, said his family is now staying at a friend's Airbnb as they also face a long road to recovery.
Chad described the chaos during the height of the storm.

"My dad got up in the morning. He walked outside and there was a bunch of water coming down the river, stuff flying over the bridge. So, he told them to get in the truck," he said.
Players, including Cooper Green, talked about how important this year's cause is to him and the rest of his team.
"It's great to be able to use it for a good cause, especially the members of our community that are hurting so badly," he said.
