The Philadelphia Department of Public Health gives an all-clear after that huge three-alarm fire in Frankford on Christmas Eve. According to officials, health department inspectors collected an air sample "in the immediate vicinity of the fire" before it was brought under control. They also said residents can return to their normal routines.
