Telling ghost stories is one thing. But starring in your own? That's another.

Over the years, several celebrities have shared their supernatural experiences. Take Jessica Chastain, for instance, who described staying in a haunted house in London while filming the 2016 movie The Huntsman: Winter's War.

"We were doing a lot of night scenes," the Oscar winner said on an episode of The Late Late Show that year. "And I came home at, like, 3:30 in the morning and I was tired. I had everything blacked out, the lights, and I had the one chandelier on a little bit. And as I started taking my clothes off to put my pajamas on, the lights started to dim. And I thought, 'OK, I might be having a stroke.'"

However, Jessica quickly realized that wasn't the case.

"Then every light in the room -- even the bedside tables -- slowly started to go on," she continued. "Swear to God!"
