A fire that erupted Thursday in a Meadowbrook mobile home burned the occupant and destroyed the trailer.
The blaze was reported at 3:23 p.m. Thursday in the area of El Toro and Lindell roads, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The agency said that multiple engine crews were sent to the location and encountered flames raging in the single-wide trailer, threatening several adjacent ones.
Firefighters found the occupant of the mobile home outside, suffering burns to his arms, according to officials at the scene.
The severity of the burn injuries could not immediately be confirmed. The victim was taken to a regional trauma center for treatment. He was in stable condition.
Crews completely contained the fire at 3:55 p.m. The neighboring trailers were not impacted.
