The executive committee of the New Jersey State interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) met in person Wednesday in Robbinsville for its monthly meeting and officially adopted changes to major policies regarding the use of video replay and name, image and likeness and the transfer rule

Last month, the executive committee heard proposals from NJSIAA executive director Colleen Maguire about those three topics, all of which passed first readings. On Wednesday, all three proposals passed second readings unanimously and now take effect immediately.

On the replay front, the executive committee officially adopted clarifications to the bylaws about permissible uses of replay following a second reading on Wednesday.
