Marieo Foster -- a former chief of police in the Treasury's Bureau of Engraving and Printing -- claims his supervisors subjected him to several adverse employment actions because he's Black and for filing the EEOC complaint, according to a complaint filed Dec. 6 in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
